The Connecticut School Building Projects Advisory Council’s mission is to provide recommendations and establish standards and guidelines for achievement on all major capital school construction, renovations, and alterations projects. The Council is dedicated to building and modernizing Connecticut schools in a responsible, cost-effective manner while achieving the highest standards of excellence in efficiently designed, safe, and environmentally sound facilities, with further reforms designed to provide accountability and protect taxpayer dollars.
