Virginia Tech Pesticide Programs (VTPP) provide pesticide safety information, training, and educational resources to pesticide applicators, Extension agents, and the public. Our mission is to minimize the human health and environmental impacts associated with improper handling and application of pesticides. VTPP works with other state agencies including the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and Virginia Cooperative Extension to advance the quality of pesticide safety education in Virginia and beyond.
